Week 4 is complete! I am 1/3 of the way through the X3 12 Week Program. I’m definitely getting stronger, that’s for sure. Since I’ve been training consistently with my X3Bar for 4 straight weeks, I am also getting progressively less sore during my training. My body is getting used to X3.
Remember…if you are sore, it doesn’t mean you had a better workout. Soreness is not a reliable indicator of muscle growth and it’s not required for muscle growth. Often times, I get sore because my body is not used to a specific type of exercise. I’ve been getting more and more comfortable using X3 so my body has adapted to it well. The movements are now easier to perform and my body doesn’t get as sore. I am noticeably getting stronger every week. I also think using the new FORTAGEN supplement is helping me as well because I am naturally increasing my protein synthesis and offsetting any muscular and systemic fatigue that can hinder my muscle gains.
I have also noticed that I am getting better quality sleep since starting X3 Bar. I am guessing it’s because my fitness is improving. Better fitness usually means better sleep. I would frequently wake up in the middle of the night but not anymore. I feel like I am getting a lot better uninterrupted sleep. Another thing I’ve noticed is that I also don’t wake up in the morning with the back pain that I used to have. It’s easier to get out of bed and get started with my day.
