X3 Bar Week 4 – Serious Strength Gains!

After 3 weeks of consistent training with my X3 Bar (without really changing up my diet), I noticed great results in terms of my strength gains and the overall aesthetics of my physique.

On the 12 Week Program, X3 creator Dr. John Jaquish mentions that week 5 really starts changing things up. This means I have one more week to really maximize my workouts before starting this new way of training.

I feel good and ready to attack the new week with a purpose!
